Powerful morning hike in silence with texts for reflection
Mindfully, we immerse ourselves in the wonderful nature of the Hunsrück with its quiet valleys before the tourist hustle begins. We enjoy the magic of nature with all our senses and feel how the morning coolness and the power of the forest affect us. Thoughts come to rest. Only the here and now matter. Appropriate texts accompany us and stimulate reflection. Of course, we also cross the impressive suspension bridge and return full of energy to the starting point. Along the way, we enjoy tea/coffee and a snack.
